A Photography Workshop with Sterling Pierce
Friday, January 16th at 6-8 pm ET at the GallantFew HQ, 1022 2nd Ave.
This photography workshop, led by local photographer Sterling, is for anyone from brand-new camera owners to photographers looking for the next steps. We will start with basic camera setup for portraits and everyday shooting, then cover core concepts like the exposure triangle, focus, and simple composition. From there, we will look at how to plan small shoots, practice effectively, and rebuild momentum when you are in a new place, including quick ways to get your name out and keep a portable portfolio. The session will end with a Q&A and information about a follow-up, hands-on shoot-based class.

Bring your own camera if you want more hands-on experience. This is a free event for the first 20 active-duty service members, veterans, and military family members aged 14 & over.
