Army Rangers Removing Barriers to Care
GallantFew is an Army Ranger-led military support nonprofit that removes barriers to care for veterans and their families through connection, coaching, and counseling. Ranger Karl Monger founded GallantFew in 2010 for Rangers experiencing challenging transitions to civilian life. Today, GallantFew services and programs are open to any veteran desiring to live a life full of hope and purpose.
Connecting, Coaching, & Counseling
GallantFew offers veterans and their families the opportunity to thrive with the 3Cs!
Virtual and in-person Self-Training and Response-ability opportunities abound to empower veterans to improve their functional fitness.
Counseling
GallantFew provides clinical counseling in Texas and Colorado.
Through our inclusion in a network of veteran-preferred counselors, GallantFew can refer veterans to professional with the experience to best assist their functional fitness needs.

Coaching
Veterans use Azimuth Check to monitor progress on the journey to become a VetSTAR.
Initially, changes to individual emotional, spiritual, and physical fitness result in personal improvement. These foundational changes in behavior and routine positively affect what others see in our professional and social fitness.
Over time, VetSTARs share their lessons learned and TTPs in emotional, spiritual, and physical fitness, increasing their span of influence with family, friends, and co-workers, thus improving their professional and social fitness.

GallantFew's two locations at Veterans Point in Flower Mound, TX and the Ranger Outreach Center (ROC) in Columbus, GA are perfectly situated to serve veterans. But, we never turn away a veteran outside of our area who takes an Azimuth Check.

Ranger Outreach Center
The Ranger Outreach Center is GallantFew’s headquarters. The ROC features 3,000+ square feet of meeting rooms, offices, and a gym designed as a perfect place for active-duty units and family groups to gather for training and fellowship. At the ROC, GallantFew’s caring staff and like-minded nonprofits remove barriers to care through connection, coaching, and counseling.
